STAGED RIGHT POLICIES

All quotes are good for 30 days.

We will accept half of our staging fees out of escrow funds, if agreement is reached PRIOR to the signing of contract.

In-home consultations are 30 minutes or less.

If in-home consultations last longer than 30 minutes Staged Right will charge the in-home consultation rate.

All staging requires a deposit to be paid in advance.

All staging requires a one month minimum.

Rental fees are for 30 days after initial 1st month. UNLESS LONGER TIME IS REQUESTED

We do not prorate the rental fees for the month.

It is the client's responsibility to give Staged Right two weeks notice before house staging is removed.

We ask that client's inform us when the house enters escrow.

If for some reason the home must be destaged in less than 3 days Staged Right will charge an inconvenience fee of $250.

We are not obligated to stage or destage on the weekends, if furniture removal falls on a Saturday or Sunday we will destage on the Friday before.

If the 30-day rental period concludes on a Saturday or Sunday Staged Right will destage on the Friday before.

All consultations and commication with clients are recommendations only.

We only work with clients that are represented by an agent and or agency.

*If Staged Right inventory is purchased there is no exchanges and refunds. It is sold in as is condition.

*If Staged Right special orders furniture per a clients request for a private home there is no refunds and exchanges, further we are not responsible for it after a 90 days manufacturers warranty.
